HELLBOY TRAILER! I LOVE THIS MOVIE.

BUT THIS SEQUEL LOOKS SUPREMELY PHENOMENAL!

DMX IS FUCKIN INSANE!

DMX was arrested again, this time, yesterday in Miami for allegedly attempting to buy cocaine and marijuana, TMZ is reporting.

According to the gossip Web site, X approached an undercover officer and handed him $45 for a combination of the drugs.

The former New York rapper was just busted earlier this week in the Sunshine State for driving with without a valid driver’s license.

The arrests continue what’s become a patter now for X. Last month he was arrested two times in Arizona, once for speeding and days later he was nabbed for animal cruelty and drug charges. He plead not guilty to the charges and is due in court in July.—Philip Souisa

ALSO, WWW.ALLHIPHOP.COM AND WWW.SOHH.COM ARE BEING CYBER-HACKED. PEEP THIS:

As many of you are already aware, SOHH.com has been under attack by hackers this week. We noticed the first wave of attacks in our vBulletins forums and as of this morning the whole site was compromised.

It appears that hackers are specifically targeting Black, Hispanic, Asian and Jewish youth who ascribe to hip hop culture. Other websites, including AllHipHop and Da Piff Forums, have also been compromised or threatened this week.

We are managing this situation on several fronts. We have taken down the server to patch the security breach and put in protections for future attacks. Also, as this is an international issue, it is being addressed by The FBI and the Strategic Alliance Cyber Crime Working Group.

We realize the hackers attacked SOHH.com because of our stature in the hip hop space and the people we serve. Unfortunately, we did a poor job of protecting SOHH.com from imminent threats from people who hate our community simply because of it’s racial and ethnic makeup.

This has brought to light our vulnerabilities and those of the internet users as a whole. What’s possible now is for us to join together to identify and eliminate this threat.

Report Internet crimes here: https://complaint.ic3.gov/

THAT'S WHAT COMES UP WHEN YOU GO TO WWW.SOHH.COM TODAY. I USED TO POST THERE A LOT... NOW, I'M AT WWW.PHILAFLAVA.COM BUT NOT REALLY AS MUCH AS BEFORE...

AIN'T THIS A BITCH? SEE HOW MOTHERFUCKERS TRY TO CONTROL REALITY?

The Coup's Boots Riley Charged With Public Profanity

June 24th, 2008 | Author: Jake Paine

Less than a week after his taped interview with activist and revolutionary Mumia Abu-Jamal [click to read], The Coup's Boots Riley was charged by Norfolk, Virginia Police for using profanity in public. The veteran emcee was performing with Anti/Epitaph Records label-mates, New Orleans Funk band Galactic at Bayou Boogaloo Music Festival in downtown Norfolk.

Saturday evening's performance drew complaints from audience members. The festival organizer Festevents, has pressed subsequent charges against Boots, and listed the following statement on their website, "To those who attended The Bayou Boogaloo Galactic concert Saturday night, we regret that our guests were exposed to profanity used during the performance. Appropriate action was taken to end the concert immediately and the musician responsible has been charged with abusive language by the Norfolk Police Department. This type of behavior is not tolerated by Norfolk Festevents and we sincerely apologize for this incident."

Neither Boots, nor his label has yet to release a statement on the matter. The Coup's last album was 2006's Pick A Bigger Weapon

CHAPTER 2:

After being charged for public profanity in Norfolk, Virginia last weekend, The Coup's Boots Riley has responded. Firstly, the rapper says that the accounts written by media thus far were inaccurate. According to his label, Epitaph Records' report, the audience was enjoying themselves, and any displeasure stemmed from the authorities ceasing the performance, not the reported profanity.

Riley stated, "City officials claim that they are making the statement that profanity will not be tolerated. Obviously, since no one has been charged with this in 26 years, profanity is tolerated. The statement they are making is that the culture and the people they feel I represent won't be tolerated. I was already off stage; the man they asked to leave the stage was Trombone Shorty, another black man who looks nothing like me. This happened at 10:00PM, and it was far from a 'family' atmosphere, most of the audience was intoxicated after drinking at the festival's bar - The Missing Kidney. There was also a VIP section where free alcohol was distributed by the keg. Anyone who has been to a music festival on a Saturday night understands the scene. I did not leave the park afterward, as was claimed by FestEvents, the organizers of the Bayou Boogaloo Festival. I stayed and debated the validity of the charge with police and festival promoters. It is clear that this is part of a larger debate that has nothing to do with profanity, one that is being dealt with nationwide. That debate is about racism, gentrification and the ownership of public space."

The emcee and activist also pointed to a newly developed high-rise in the community amidst a multi-million dollar city renovation, as a motive to his being charged. Boots also revealed that the song in question, titled "What The Fuck?", was on his set list and something he has performed extensively recently.
